GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchase and Use

• Gift cards can be purchased on our website and are delivered electronically via email.
• Gift cards are redeemable for digital and physical goods in our shop including adventures, campaigns, supplements, and fiction. 
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
• If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
• Gift cards cannot be purchased with discounts, but discounts can be applied as normal to purchases using gift cards as payment.

Balance and Expiration

• Gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees.
  
• Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.

Limitations

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  
• We are not responsible for unauthorized gift card use.
• Gift cards cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for third-party digital content codes or subscriptions (e.g., D&D Beyond subscriptions, Fantasy Grounds licenses) unless specifically stated.

Returns and Refunds

• If you return merchandise purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit back to the original gift card.
• If the original gift card is no longer available, we will issue a new gift card for the refund amount.

General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Gift cards are treated as cash equivalents and should be protected accordingly.
• Fraudulent gift card use may result in cancellation without notice.
